While there wasn't a whole lot of manga geared toward readers 12 and younger in 2008, it looks like there'll be a lot more to choose from in 2009. In the meantime, it seems like a video game or TV show tie-in is key for this crowd, as The Legend of Zelda took the top slot, followed by Akira Toriyama's COWA! and the cute sci-fi comedy, Suihelibe!
